Any packages sent to incorrect addresses specifies by the customer is the customers responsibility,

    • Reshipment: We can reship the order to the corrected address once the customer provides accurate information.
    • Refund: Customers can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) minus the cost of shipping.
    • Additional Charges: Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to the incorrect address.

Shipping and Lead Times


We try our best to keep our best sellers in stock, But with our growing product line of organizers and new colour options a lot of orders are made to order. Average fulfillment is 2-3 business days but can take 5-7 depending on the order. All orders are shipped via Canadas Post/ USPS with Tracking. We ship to Canada, USA, UK, and AUS. Delivery Times to the USA can take 5 - 10 business days. International shipping to UK and AUS can take 10 - 20 business days.
