Customer Responsibility

Accurate Address Entry: Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address correctly during checkout. This includes verifying the recipient’s name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and any additional details (such as apartment numbers). Any packages sent to incorrect addresses specifies by the customer is the customers responsibility,

Address Validation: We use address validation tools to verify addresses provided by customers. If an address appears incomplete or incorrect, we may reach out to the customer for clarification.

Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify the customer. In such cases:

Reshipment: We can reship the order to the corrected address once the customer provides accurate information.

Refund: Customers can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) minus the cost of shipping and RTS fee.
- Additional Charges: Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to the incorrect address.

Refunds and Replacements: If the package cannot be delivered or is lost due to an incorrect address, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements will be considered based on the circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, Reach out to us with pictures of the damage and we will send replacements and/ or place a claim with the shipping company

Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return window. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will have 14 days to ship the item back. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for the order total minus the original shipping charges.

Shipping, Lead Times, and Tariffs
All orders are shipped DAP
Import Duty, Taxes & Customs Clearance: The buyer is responsible for all importation costs associated with the shipment.
Due to a growing product line and increasing orders, average fulfillment may take 3-5 business days, with some orders requiring up to 7 business days.
All US shipments are sent via Canada Post/USPS with tracking. Delivery to the US typically takes 5-10 business days.
Canadian shipments are send via Canada Post/ Purolator/ UPS. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
International shipments are sent via Canada Post and handed off to your countries postal service for last mile delivery. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days.
